Meet the Team
Ben is a professional athlete and entrepreneur, who has founded multiple startup companies. He runs a mental health tech non-profit organization and is now working on LegalMe, to help startups have the right legal structure that can stand the test of time. Ben is driven to create social change around access to legal advice, and LegalMe is a big step forward in doing so.
Luke is a Harvard educated practicing attorney and advisor of LegalMe. He has experience practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, startup and emerging companies, and securities. He advises established and startup organizations on legal issues encountered throughout the life cycle of a business, including entity formation, governance and contract negotiation. Prior to practicing law, Luke played professional hockey in the Boston Bruins and Ottawa Senators minor league organizations.
